Eligibility Criteria

A family reunification visa is available when the sponsoring family member is

  • A Brazilian national
  • A resident of Brazil, except individuals with residency through family reunification, provisional permits, or asylum applications

The following individuals can apply for residency to be reunited with their family member in Brazil.
